Why me?

I know what it’s like to be immersed in an organisation, leading teams, facilitating change and transformation. I have walked in the shoes of leaders I am supporting now. That’s how I am expertly placed to partner with you or your team to raise self-awareness, develop personal and leadership effectiveness and help you achieve your goals. 

With extensive leadership experience in the not for profit, retail and manufacturing sectors, most recently, I worked as Group Organisational Development Director at a large Housing Association, leading the people and culture agenda of two mergers. 

Coaching leaders, individually or in groups, and helping them make a real difference with their teams and in their organisations is what inspires me and fires up my passion. 

As well as running my business, I am a Volunteer Wellbeing Coach with MacMIllan, CIPD Steps Ahead Mentor, Trustee at a Multi-Academy School and NW Regional Network Volunteer Co-ordinator EMCC UK

In my free time I love getting out into the great outdoors, am an avid runner, walker, yogi and enjoy ‘just being’.
